Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. Customers must inform the company within 3 days of delivery by calling +91 8828222888 or emailing customercare@medisynth.com.

For damaged or defective complaints, an unboxing video and product images are mandatory. Please share:

• - Order number
• - Customer name
• - Product name
• - Reason for return

Return pickup will be arranged by the company. Full refund will be processed within 15 days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

For order cancellations due to any other reason, customers must inform the company within 12 hours of placing the order.
